

Pictured here is a man making Kothu parotta in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Kothu parotta is a popular dish made by shredding and chopping pieces of the parotta (a flaky, shallow fried bread) with eggs, meat, and a spicy gravy. I love trying Kothu parotta wherever I go.
