  4. Sometimes I forget that people who practise religious or spiritual practices suffer from the everyday aches and pains like everyone else. Don’t know where I got that thinking from, but this is reality. no matter what our beliefs and outlooks are, we get old. Old or young, fit or infirm, we journey on.
