That’s quite a powerful image as there is only one woman in the entire photograph… and she’s the most brightly coloured! <3
totally agree, JojoBean
:)
Thank you :)
Great photography
Thank you :)
What a composition…
Thank you Prasad :)
I admire your not being shy about approaching an interesting subject for a photo. I need to build this up in myself so as not to miss great opportunities like the one you captured here.
Thank you :)
Very good pic !
Thank you :)
http://www.instructables.com/id/Handmade-Decorative-Diya-Oil-Lamps/ Your image sent me to Google to learn about diya. Sure enough, there is a website. Serious look on the woman’s face – she’ll smile when all her diyas are sold.
hehe ;)
I wonder if she felt happy during the shoot. There are complex emotions on her face. Lovely photograph.
Thank you :)
My pleasure!
:)
A lovely shot full of emotion
Thank you :)
Great POV and composition, she looks fierce!
Thank you :)
Beautiful capture though she does not look very happy, I hope you bought the diya she was holding :)
Thank you :)
This is very nice with the intimacy. I wanted to share with you that I attended a ceremony with Indigenous and Hindu people at a temple here, my first time at a temple and very significant and historical event and impressed with similarities of the rituals in the spiritualities. Had a sacred fire, round dance, smudging, etc.Wonderful!
Thank you :) Happy to know that you had a great time :)
Nice photography.

Her gesture tells that she really serious about offering her good to you to buy. A nice shot.

Nice street photography… I also get urge to take such photos but then I hesitate and never take that shot. Just a curious question, when you take such pictures do you take a permission?
