Attukal Pongala is a Hindu religious festival of Attukal Bhagavathy Temple where only women devotees are allowed to participate. Attukal Pongala has been entered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest annual gathering of women.
Very Surreal, when I see photos like this it reminds me how rich our tradition and heritage is. Some of these things are going on for hundreds of yeas….
