  29. Awesome shot. Your portraits are very nice. Do you feel that a proper portrait crops part of the head or face to be more portrait-like? I want to start taking more portraits, but don’t know where to start. Best lens?

      Some times a cropped portrait creates more impact. Easy to start with taking portraits of people you know. 85mm lens is a good lens for portraits which wont distort the face. But now I use a 28mm lens for my portraits.

  51. You inspire me as always. I have had a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 for a few years. I use it rarely but enjoy it. Usually for special occasions. My favourite is a shot of my granddaughter in costume all coiffed and made up for a dance recital. I also used it to video parts of the show because of its light capturing. I love the spontaneity of Shyness.
