      This is called little planet effect. You can use an image from a 360 degree camera or a panorama and use photoshop or mobile apps (search for little/tiny plant) to create this effect. I have used a GoPro Fusion camera for this and used their Fusion Studio to edit these images.

    Your photographs burst a myth : one can capture stunning photographs with expensive, high-feature cameras. In my opinion, your brain & its visualisation of unique photographs can beat the pictures shot with sophisticated cameras.
