Kerala was affected with the 2nd worst flood after 1924 which severely affected 13 districts out of the 14 districts. Fishermen became the superheroes during the Kerala flood rescue mission. Many of these fishermen transported their boats from Trivandrum to different parts of Kerala to rescue stranded people.
You can contribute online for the Kerala Flood Relief at Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund donation page. The donations are exempt from income tax as well as FCRA 2010.
Were you around that area at the time of the flood?

Lovely capture of the calm after the devastating storm Joshi. The Kerala fishermen’s contribution towards rescue efforts has earned the respect of the nation. Hope the authorities follow up with their assurances of help to them.

They supplemented NDRF, Coast Guard and the Army very well.
Very selfless service indeed..
Especially the deed of JAISAL K P.
They chipped when the Chennai Floods struck in 2015!
Great Clicks!
Hope you and your family are fine!!
