Thats really an innocent smile.
Appears like he is trying to pose for the shot with a lot of assumptions and questions in his mind.
The number of wrinkles may not predict the age in numbers but his way of posing depicts the period he was born.
I will not say this is a very amazing photography but yes it is a good shot.
